I remember the time when I used notepad for my first home pages – and it was wonderful! Later I understood the dynamics pages – this is our future and it’s come in. More later we saw how web-site builders divided on back-end and front-end programmers. But look what layout designers are doing! It’s incredible! There are no any pictures and JavaScript code! Just HTML and CSS! Don’t believe?

Just take this one HTML file and run it on isolated environment – without Internet. And you will see the magic 🙂 Of course, you should have the modern browser – it knows what to do 😉
